As a full-service event planning company, we take pride in working with our clients from the early stages of the planning process to ensure expectations are realistic, cohesive, and organized. Starting off the planning process on the right foot is the key to an enjoyable wedding planning experience. Although you may feel overwhelmed prior to working with us, through our 4-phase planning process, we make the experience manageable and digestible so you can still enjoy your life in this exciting time! We're a full-service event planning company based in Temecula, CA serving clients throughout Southern California + beyond. 

The production phase is where the magic happens and the behind-the-scenes logistics come into play. We will work closely with your vendor team to confirm their details and needs to ensure a successful event day. We will begin building the timeline of the day, fulfilling insurance requirements, finalizing floorplans and layouts, and weeding through the extensive rental invoices to ensure no detail is missed.

Upon starting the design phase, we will jump in with another financial meeting to discuss the current standing of the budget and provide you with the second in-depth questionnaire focused on design. From there, we will put together a comprehensive design deck that captures your vision in a cohesive document from start to finish so you can truly visualize every idea and option available to you. We will then facilitate the booking of your design vendors. Stationery management is also included in the full-service experience. 


phase two

In this phase, we start working with you from day one. Upon contract signing, you will have access to your planning database and will receive your first in depth questionnaire in order to help us in understanding your wants and desires. From there, we will take the lead on the venue search (if you have not selected a venue), provide a detailed preliminary budget breakdown based on the desired vision, and begin booking your all-star vendor team (not including design related vendors). Room block assistance is also included in the full-service experience.

OUR process

This is where the magic happens! The event management phase is the actual execution of the event day itself from start to finish. This may be our favorite part of the whole process because we get to see everything come together and experience our couples’ joy once they see the wedding unfold in front of them. We lead the charge on the event day, ensuring every vendor is delivering on their roles + responsibilities and everything runs smoothly for you, your family, and guests. This also includes the ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding day.

The relationship with your wedding planner is one of the closest vendor relationships you'll experience, so why would you work with someone you don't connect with? Through our Discovery Call, we take time to learn about your wedding vision, goals, and most importantly, your relationship. From there, we will guide you through the wedding planning process we’ve developed to create a truly memorable experience that you and your guests will talk about for years to come.
