What’s included at Casita Hollywood? Rental of venue, restrooms, kitchen, bridal suite, indoor bar set-up, and lighting. Clients/couples must bring in everything; i.e. rentals, catering, wedding planner, valet, floral designer, bar.

Biggest Recommendation: Hire an experienced wedding planner that has prior experience working with rental only venues and estates. With the venue being on a busy street in downtown Hollywood, there are many logistics that go into a successful vendor load-in, guest arrival, and vendor load-out within the guaranteed rental timeframe; as well as, managing everything in a one-day turnaround.

A little about the couple…

Tashana & Rory planned their wedding from up north in San Francisco and wanted to have a wedding that was going to bring all of their family and friends into one place to celebrate together. Tashana loved rose gold and really wanted the rose gold cross back chairs seen below which were rented from LA Party Rents. The additional rose gold elements can be seen in the cake stand, acrylic place cards, and table number holders.

They incorporated Tashana’s Jamaican culture by having mini rum cakes as the favor for guests at the end of the night – which were a big hit!

Inessa Nichols Design took Tashana & Rory’s want for a wow moment with pampas grass and ran with it! As you can see with the beautiful fountain statement arrangements and pampas grass hanging installation over the sweetheart table, it was a stunner! For the wood farm tables, Iness Nichols Design created a greenery runner with nagi, dusty miller, and ivy berry foliage and open flame candles on brass candlesticks. The perfect setting for an intimate family-style dinner.

When it came to attire, the couple did not disappoint. From Tashana’s mermaid-style dress from Lovely Bride and her veil from BHLDN, it was classic and beautiful. Rory and his groomsmen went for a more custom and classic look from designer, Brandon Earl New York. Rory wore a white suit jacket with tailored navy pants; meanwhile, his groomsmen wore navy suits with black lapels, glossy black dress shoes, black bowties, and opted for no-socks.

Their ceremony was officiated by Tashana’s brother-in-law, and their MC was Tashana’s close friend that introduced family members at the time of toasts. This was such a perfect way to incorporate loved ones into the wedding day.

Tashana and Rory ended the night in style by exiting in a white G Wagon – sooo classy!
